A non-profit organization established by the Ng Teng Fong family in March 2008. The primary objectives of the company are to revitalise and maintain heritage buildings, and promote the conservation and appreciation of heritage and historic places, and their importance in the life of the community.
The Board of Directors include: Mr Daryl Ng Win Kong, Ms Nikki Ng Mien Hua, Mr. David Ng Win Loong, and Mr Francis Lim Weng Hua.
Directors of the company have considerable experience in heritage buildings revitalisation projects and have been actively involved in many heritage projects over the past few years, such as The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Waterboat House, Clifford Pier and Far East Square.
