EBASCO was founded in 1968 by an intrepid entrepreneur, Sohan Lal Sharma, in Dubai. At the time of the company’s creation, Dubai was just a coastal hamlet of not more than 60,000 people but yet was known for its trading prowess within the Arabian peninsula, Iran and Africa. EBASCO was one of the first trading companies established in Dubai, and since its inception, the company has been supplying and trading in a wide array of goods. From very early on, through the hard work and commitment to integrity, the company earned and maintained its reputation of being a highly trustworthy and reliable entity that works pragmatically to carry out its business based on honour, and with diligence.
Mission : EBASCO aims to be a global organisation that provides goods and services to other organisations that operate in difficult and hostile environments, working to cater to the world’s ever-growing need for natural resources, infrastructure, or to overcome the effect of natural and man-made calamities. All services by the company must be rendered by working closely with its clients as their partner, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner to the highest standards of reliability and ethical principles.
Vision : we believe the world can be a better place. While every organisation may have secondary objectives to serve society, in general, at EBASCO it is part of our primary objective by providing direct support to organisations involved in endeavors that harness natural resources, build infrastructure and alleviate human suffering to indeed make this world a better place.
