Our work stretches far and wide, providing humanitarian assistance to ease poverty and famine, supporting development, health, education and infrastructure, and encouraging social entrepreneurship to achieve long-term, sustainable change.

Empowering Women & Youth

To build a better tomorrow, we need to harness the talents and skills of women and young people everywhere. So through our partnerships, we aim to provide the tools and know-how that talented, smart young professionals need to realize their dreams and ambitions, and ensure that women are given full access to education, employment and intellectual freedom.

When natural disasters hit, there is no time to waste. The poorest suffer the most. So we need to act. Fast. In the wake of earthquakes, tsunamis, monsoon floods, typhoons and devastating landslides, we are at the forefront of disaster response. We connect with active international organizations in afflicted areas, local embassies, and effective, accountable, transparent partners to bring vital relief to ease the suffering of survivors. Bringing Cultures Together

We actively promote intercultural and interfaith dialogue and understanding through academia and creative learning. To strengthen a bridge between the world of Islam and the West, we’ve established Prince Alwaleed Academic Centers at leading universities across the globe. We also work in close partnership with the foremost centers of education around the world. Together, we begin conversations and exchange ideas. Together, we support innovative programs that use art and media to foster the global understanding needed for peace in an increasingly interdependent world.
